Freedom Fire BBQ was built by Michael and Cassie Conroy in Norton, Massachusetts. After 12 years of active-duty Army service, Michael brought the same discipline, grit, and commitment to the pit.
We cook low and slow, serve from our food trailer, cater private events, and show up for the communities that support us. The food is serious, the welcome is easy, and every plate carries the Freedom Fire name.
